Package Sales are Invoiced After Preliminary Meeting Has Been Completed
Our premier package is for the determined writer who wants to start at the very beginning of their self-publishing journey. This process generally takes a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of around a month. We are assuming that you have already created your website, social media pages, got an account with Bowker (ISBN – purchasing site), the Copyright Office (after deciding on a name for your publishing company), and the Library of Congress. While you are writing your book or planning out your series you will probably want to post to your website, sneak peeks of your progress as well as a synopsis of your story and/or series. This along with constant posts to your social media pages will whet the appetite of any of your current followers and hopefully gain you more prior to launch.
We do understand that this process is still fairly expensive but with the time we put into it with you for your, hopefully, best, self-publishing experience. Once you have completed one of them you will have all the skills to do the next one yourself. Of course, we will be happy to do the heart of the publishing through the Economical Self-Publishing package.
Any other items will be discussed and agreed upon prior to any work being done. A contract must be signed for all that we have agreed upon. We require a 1/2 deposit before we start the project and a 1/2 balance due after the website is up and signed off as complete.

- One more video (30 to 60 seconds long) with quotes from your book or the synopsis. We include the author in the speaking part or AI voice. Yes, we will create both size versions for social media and your website.
- Create a marketing plan for the next several months from prelaunch through publication and book signings if any. The author is responsible for following the plan in order for it to be effective but we do help with training, suggestions for posts, and a written plan.
Most of our services require payment prior to work begins and the balance due when the project is completed. You will be invoiced for half of the project price after signing the contract. The balance must be paid within 1 to 7 days after you have agreed that we have completed the project.

With this package, you will be responsible for all of your marketing. We will ensure that your book has been accepted and published to the public on the agreed-upon service provider (Smashwords, Amazon, Ingram Spark, Google Play, Barnes and Noble, Draft-2-Digital, etc.). We expect 1/2 of the package price paid once the contract is signed and prior to work beginning. The balance will be due 1 to 7 days after you have declared the project complete.

Below is a sample schedule for self-publishing
- Once your story has had its final edit and you are ready to begin, we will take a copy to read and select a few choice quotes (of course, you can do this as well).
- Create the Book Cover
- Purchase and Assign an ISBN number for the eBook, paperback, (possibly hardback), and finally the audio version of the story.
- Upload your book and cover to Copyright and Library of Congress prior to publication.
- Format your story for your chosen printing and distribution service (Amazon, Smashwords, Ingram Sparks, etc) in eBook and paperback. Generally, the ePub or PDF version is sent to the audio company to convert it over to audio.
- Generate a couple of Poster Memes from your Quotes and Book Cover picture.
- Create your Book Trailer (15 to 30 seconds) – just a quick introduction of your book and some snippets to garner more interest in purchasing your book.
- Generate 3D Book Covers (5) for you to use in future posts and sales events.
- Gather Links for each site where your readers can purchase copies and type them up for future use in all your website and social media posts. (You will want to create one page on your website for each book, book cover picture, synopsis, along with the links to purchase each version of the book and where).
- Once your book has been published you will need to purchase at least 5 to 10 copies at your discounted rate – 2 of which will need to be mailed to the Library of Congress.
